Acceptance of Order
Once you have ordered and accepted
by us, you are deemed to have
purchase the merchandise or product.
Refusal to accept delivery does not
constitute a non-sale. If customer
fails to take delivery on products
or fails to enable Ozonebank.com to
make delivery (whether by refusal or
failure to provide any instruction ,
document, authorization or
otherwise) delivery shall be deemed
to have taken place upon
Ozonebank.com
giving notice to customer of such
deemed delivery whereupon risk in
products shall pass immediately to
customer. Customer shall reimburse
Ozonebank.com all cost and expenses
(including but not limited to
transport, storage and insurance
charges) incurred by Ozonebank.com as a
result of customer's failure or
refusal to take physical delivery. If the order is sent outside
Malaysia, you are liable for any
taxes or duties incurred.
Warranty
All
products sold and shipped out by
Ozonebank.com are individually
tested and made sure are 100% in good
conditions, properly pack with 1
year full manufacturer's warranties
(Warranty
void if the merchandise has been
defaced, changed, repaired or
altered by any other than our
authorized personnel's). Unless
customer notifies Ozonebank.com to the
contrary by the day after the
delivery of goods and shall be
deemed to have been accepted by
customer in good condition.
If any part of your order, has been
damaged during shipment or is flawed
in anyway, please inform us by an
email to support@ozonebank.com immediately for
instructions on how to get
replacement or use
feedback
form from our website.
Please provide us a description of
the problem, the invoice number and
we will e-mail you with directions
and a Return Authorization Number.
Do not return merchandise to us
without the Return Authorization
Number.
To
send back for warranty claims,
customer has to bear the shipping
cost from their location to our
office at

Our
technical personnel will immediately
inspect upon received the product.
If the claimed is due to
manufacturing defect, we will repair
or replace it with a NEW unit and will
send it back to you on our cost.
The
warranty is void if the product has
been unauthorized open, tempered
with or void sticker broken. All
cost including repair, parts,
shipping will be borne by the
customer.
Return of goods
Our

days (from the date of delivery)

conditions for this money back
guarantee are as follow and provided
that:

party, delays in transportation or
inability to obtain necessary labor,
material or supplies.
